As it is in our legitimate interests to ensure our network security, give you access to and to improve our Services, we may collect the following technical usage data:

When you call our customer support phone line, we may monitor or record the call to ensure the quality of our customer support. If you have an account, we will retain the recording for as long as you have an account. If you do not have an account, we will delete the recording within 12 months or retain it, if it will be needed to resolve disputes between you and us.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
